  Windsor woman killed in single vehicle crash web posted March 10, 2010 AIKEN – The Aiken County Coroner’s Office has identified a Windsor woman killed in a single vehicle crash early Tuesday morning as Teresa Coffey. She was pronounced dead on the scene after being ejected from the 1993 Chevy S-10 pickup she was driving at the time of the 6 am crash. According to the Aiken County Coroner’s Office, Coffey saw traveling on Stillwater Road, a dirt road on which she lived, and struck an embankment and overturned ejecting her in the process. A release stated Coffey was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. A school bus driver discovered the crash and called 911. A cause of death was not available. This marks the sixth death on Aiken County roads this year. © Copyright 2010
