AIKEN – A 70-year-old Aiken woman was pronounced dead Wednesday morning at Aiken Regional Medical Centers after being involved in a two car head-on collision. Mrs. Sharon Harding died of injuries sustained in the collision on the 2200 block of Whiskey Rd. in Aiken at approximately 8:05 a.m. Darryl M. Ables, Chief Deputy Coroner, said in a release.

The Harding’s were traveling south on Whiskey Rd when Mr. Harding crossed over into northbound lane of traffic and struck a 2012 Dodge truck head on. The truck was driven by Ms. Natasha Rhinehart of Aiken.
