  Body found in River ruled Homicide web posted November 13, 2009 AIKEN – The body of a man found floating in the Savannah River has officially been ruled as a homicide, Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton said Thursday. 52 year old, Gregory Brabham, of Beech Island, was discovered floating in the river Wednesday by workers at the power station of Kimberly Clark. Aiken County Coroner said Thursday the, “death is a homicide”. Details of the autopsy revealed evidence confirming foul play, however; Coroner Carlton would not release the details of the results. “Due to the ongoing criminal investigation it is not prudent to release those details at this time,” he said in a prepared release. The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office and the Aiken County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death.
