My wife and I starting using a Sonicare toothbrush a few years ago. They run off diesel and rip plague off your teeth and leave your mouth feeling so clean you could eat it. But in the middle of the night one night my whole sink started to shake. Thankfully, it was not another earthquake.

RELIGION – To say we had a big week around our town last week would be an understatement. My week was easier than the week many of you had. Our power was only out for around 12 hours. So I did what anyone would do and I checked Facebook. I noticed that my buddy, Pastor Stacy Williams at First Baptist Church Edgefield, was without power for many more days than I was. So I began to inwardly and pridefully think “God must love us at Antioch more than the folks at FBCE.” It seemed reasonable to me.

Religion: Childhood Stories
By Pastor Phillip Howle
web posted February 12, 2014

RELIGION – Old childhood stories are interesting. I enjoy reading the old Curious George books where the people smoke and George passes out from drinking Ether. They just don’t write them like that anymore! Old fairy tales are even wilder. One in particular came to my mind last week. It is a story about a prince who wants to marry a princess but is having difficulty finding a suitable wife. He is finicky and picky and he spends a lot of time with his mother. There is always something wrong with all the girls he meets, he feels he cannot be certain they are real princesses. Big problem right?

Religion: Nerf Dart Death

Cason and Luke fire these serious Rambo like machine guns with multiples clips of 100 rounds continuously. It is foam flying death! These would be fine toys, but the darts hurt!  I got shot in the eye; the foam dart had to be dislodged from the back of my skull. The only sounds heard in my home are guns being fired and crying! This is awesome!
