In the vote the county agreed to issue general obligation bonds in the amount of $200,000 to support the project. The suit contended the vote was improper for several reasons. Deputy George Dedmondt responded to the call and found a man driving out of the property. The man presented identification and stated he was a friend of the homeowner and had knocked on the door, then checked it which set off the alarm. The school bus did have school children onboard. Earlier reports by first responders said there were no injuries however two ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
