Claims of “Racial Slurs” towards Democrats ring hollow as videos show otherwise A Column by the Editor web posted March 26, 2010 COLUMN – By now the news of racial slurs, anit-gay remarks, and even a member of Congress being spat upon on Sunday as members filed into the Capitol for the vote have dominated the airwaves and print media. It is the work of the radical Tea Party members who are racist. Democrat offices being vandalized is even more proof, the media and Democrats claim. Every news channel in the northern hemisphere was covering the event, yet not one snippet, not one slur, not one spit, can be produced to support the claims and many are crying foul, and rightfully so. However, protesters - black and white - were videotaping that historic and slur filled walk by those black caucus members yet, mysteriously, not one person can be heard yelling out a single slur. No one spit on anyone. Funny, Rep. Andre Carson, D-Ind., told a reporter that as he left the Cannon House Office Building with Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., a leader of the civil rights era, some among the crowd chanted “the N-word, the N-word, 15 times.” Both Carson and Lewis are black, and Lewis spokeswoman Brenda Jones also said that it occurred. “It was like going into the time machine with John Lewis,” said Carson, a large former police officer who said he wasn’t frightened but worried about the 70-year-old Lewis, who is twice his age. “He said it reminded him of another time.” Really? Why is it that protesters are filling YouTube with videos of the entire walk and all that can be heard is “boos” and “kill the bill”? No Capitol Police rushing in to walk members along the way, only a civil protest by those who oppose Obama and the Democrats healthcare takeover. The Canada Free Press, which somehow seems to be better at exposing false claims by members of the Democrat Party than the "American media", revealed one such video covering the near one minute walk and not a single slur can be heard, much less “15”. The standard “media” water bearers of Obama and the Democrats agenda had cameras covering the event. Where are ABC, CBS, NBC, and extreme left-wing media types of CNN and MSNBC with their footage to counter what seems to be blatant lies by members hoping to hang the term “racists” on anyone who dares protest their leftist agenda for America? And don’t put it past Democrats to fake claims in order to get media attention so they are deemed victims of the hate filled right. In August of the 2008 Presidential race the Democrat Party Headquarters in Colorado was vandalized as eleven windows were broken out. Early that Tuesday, Democratic Party chairwoman Pat Waak said the damage to her building in Denver's art district was a consequence of "an effort on the other side to stir up hate." She tempered her statement after 24-year-old Maurice Schwenkler was charged and Schwenkler's Democrat political history was revealed. In other words, it was staged. Yet, when a black protester with the Tea Party is beaten by SIEU union thugs and called the “N-word” on camera, the same “media” outlets just couldn’t quite get that story out there or condemn the black men or the Democrat supporting unions who used the slurs and took part in the beating. FoxNews was able to find the story and interviewed the victim. David Shuster, of the lowest rated cable “news” media MSNBC, had his recent interview with Kevin Jackson, a black member of the Tea Party, blow up in his face as Jackson contradicted every false assumption Shuster tried to push as fact regarding the racists in the grassroots movement as the scroll across the bottom gave figures that “88% of Tea Party members are White”. Oddly enough, that is about the black white ratio of the two races in America. This, to any thinking person, would indicate the members of the Tea Party movement are a cross section of America - black and white. Shuster backed off his first claims to state he was just referring to a “racist fringe” of the Tea Party which drew this rebuke from Jackson. “Well there’s a racist fringe to the Democrat Party because, as I said, I have yet to see a black man lynched at a Tea Party, but I do know that the Democrat Party has lynched black people. So if you want to make that equivalency then lets talk about that for a little bit.” Shuster quickly ended the interview. But we are discussing the “fair and balanced” leftist Democrats and their propaganda arm known as the “national media”. It’s true because they “claim” it is true in spite of the evidence against them. Just as they claim that a “majority” of America supports ObamaCare when polls (even their own) consistently show 2/3 or more oppose it. It just goes to show the contempt that the leftists have for true Americans. Not to mention how stupid they think the voting public is and what they feel is their control over information we get. Their arrogance and elitism is on full display and the internet is proving them to be liars, yet again. No wonder Obama and the Democrats want full control over everything, including the media and the internet; their biggest enemies are the truth and the American people. While Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and other Democrats claim “victory” for their unconstitutional “healthcare” (tax) bill, whom did they defeat? The American public, that’s who.
