![]() Orange/Pineapple Congealed Salad web posted Apri 24, 2006 8 oz cream cheese 2 large boxes orange jello 1 can crushed pineapple (regular size) 5.8 oz (small can) carnation evaporated milk Disolve jello in 2 cups of hot water, add 1 cup of cold water, refrigerate until the jello starts to congeal (about 30 minutes). Mix cream cheese with milk and add pineapple (juice included). Stir into jello and refrigerate until fully congealed (about 2 hrs) For
