![]() Grilled steamed potatoes web posted May 5, 2006 Lay out two sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil,one on the other. Peel and cut potatoes into large pieces. Lay slices on the foil. Peel onion and slice into rings, lay onion rings on top of potatoes. Spoon dollops of butter on top of both. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix until potatoes and onions are completely coated. Fold sides and ends of foil over until mixture is sealed. Cook on grill at cookouts or place in oven on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees, checking occasionally for doneness. Warning: use caution when unfolding foil, escaping steam is very hot. For
