![]() Surprise Fudge web posted November 6, 2006 Ingredients: 8 ozs. Velveeta processed cheese, cubed 3/4 cup butter, cubed 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup chopped nuts 3-3/4 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 cup baking cocoa In a saucepan, cook and stir the cheese and butter, over med. heat, until melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts. In a mixing bowl, combine confectioners sugar and cocoa. Add the cheese mixture and beat until combined, mixture will be stiff. Spread into a 9-inch, greased, square baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Yields about 2 lbs. For
