Grilled shark steak

Recipe for two shark steaks.

2 shark steaks
Salt/pepper
Lemmon (cut in half)
Zesty Italian Dressing

Start with two shark steaks about 3/4” thick. Wash and dab dry with paper towels. Place steaks in a shallow dish.

Lightly salt and pepper steaks and massage into meat. Next pour Italian dressing (I prefer Ken’s Steak House Zesty Italian) over the steaks until all sides are covered and refrigerate two hours.

Remove steaks from marinade and place on hot oiled grill until seared. Turn steaks and squeeze fresh lemon juice over cooked side. DO NOT OVER COOK

To prepare grill, take several paper towels and pour a fair amount of oil on towels and coat the heated grill with oil just before placing shark steaks on the grill to prevent sticking.
