  Chicken Cantonese web posted November 27, 2006 Ingredients: 5 cups diced, cooked chicken 1 cup chopped water chestnuts 2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup sliced green onions 4 tbsp. chutney 1/2 tsp. curry powder 3/4 cup sour cream 3/4 cup mayonnaise In a lrg. mixing bowl, toss chicken,chestnuts, pineapple, celery and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine chutney, curry powder, sour cream and mayonnaise, for dressing. Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Refrigerate. Serve on a lettuce leaf, garnish with sliced radishes and/or cherry tomatoes. (Tip: For best results, prepare this salad at least 8 hours ahead). Yields 8 to 10 servings. For
