![]() Double Decker Pumpkin Pie web posted November 27, 2006 Ingredients: 4 ozs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. milk, divided 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tub (8 ozs.) whipped topping, thawed and divided 1 graham cracker pie crust 1 can (15 ozs.) pumpkin 2 pkgs. (4 ozs. size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie fillng 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk and sugar in a lrg. bowl until well blended. Gently stir in half of whipped topping. Spread over crust evenly. Pour 1 cup milk into a lrg. bowl. Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spices. Beat, with a wire whisk for 2 mins. or until well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. When serving, dollop each slice with a lrg.spoon of remaining whipped topping. Yields 10 servings. For
