Pineapple Sandwiches web posted January 22, 2007 Ingedients: 1 lrg. can crushed pineapple 2 eggs, beaten 3 tsp. sugar 1 heaping tsp. self-rising flour 1 cup mayonnaise Drain pineapple, saving juice. Cook on med. heat, juice, eggs, sugar and flour until thick. Stir constantly. Let cool, add pineapple and mayonnaise. Stir until well mixed. Spread on fresh white, bread slices. Yields 4 to 5 sandwiches. For
