Hot Oyster Dip

Ingredients: 

1-1/2 cups green onions, with tops, chopped
1 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
2 cups, (1-1/2 pts.), oysters, drained
1 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs

Saute onions and parsley in butter until limp. Add oysters and cook until slghtly curled, about 3 mins. Add seasonings and bread crumbs and stir lightly to mix ingredients. Serve hot with crackers. Serves 8 to 12.
