Enchiladas web posted July 9, 2007 Ingredients: 2 lbs. hamburger meat or gound chuck 1 med. onion, sliced 1/2 cup flour 6 to 8 tbsp. chili powder 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 10 to 12 tortilla shells 2 cups water Salt and pepper Brown and saute hamburger meat and onion. In a lrg. sauce pan brown flour, then add chili powder and slowly pour water into mixture until there is a med. consistency. In a small frying pan, fry tortillas until they float. Do not fry hard! Now place the tortilla shells in the sauce until they are covered. Place tortilla shells (1 at a time), into a 9x 11 baking pan or dish. Spoon hamburger and onion mixture into the shell. Sprinkle with both cheeses. Roll up. Do the same with the rest of tortillas until baking dish is filled tightly. Pour the remainder of the sauce over the top. Sprinkle any remaining meat and cheeses over top. Bke at 375 degrees for approximately 30 mins. or until cheese is melted. Makes 10 to 12 enchiladas. For
