 Johnston Peach Cobbler web posted June 12, 2006 Ingredients: 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup milk 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup sugar 4 cups sliced peaches; sweetened to taste Melt margarine in 8x12 inch dish. Mix flour, milk and sugar; add to the melted margarine. Add peaches, but do not stir. Bake at 375 for about 40 mins. Hint; best served warm topped with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. For
