EDGEFIELD – The Edgefield County Council
will be holding their final meeting of 2008 with two member leaving
their seats after the meeting. Below is a copy of the agenda for the
meeting that will be held at 6 pm at the County Council Chambers on
Jeter Street, Edgefield.

Instructions
for amending ordinances during the reading process
Before the question on the original motion, after it is seconded and is
open for discussion, a motion and a second may be entertained to amend
the original motion. After a second to the amending motion, council
will vote on the proposed amendment. If the amendment passes, the
Chairman will call for the question on the original motion as amended.
If the amendment does not pass, council will then vote on the original
motion.

Ordinance No. 08-09-604, “An Ordinance Amending Edgefield County
Ordinance Number 07-08-596, An Ordinance Providing for the FY 08-09

Agreement Between Edgefield County and Western Carolina Aviators, LLC,
