 County Soccer registration adds additional sign-up this Saturday web posted January 29, 2008 EDGEFIELD – Registration for the County Spring Soccer Program has added another sign-up weekend due to the bad weather of Saturday January 19. Sign-ups will be taken on Saturday, February 2, from 10 am – 1 pm at the Edgefield Soccer Complex. The season begins on March 10. A registration form is available for download. All players MUST have shin guards at practice and games. Players should bring their own water to practice and games. (Be sure to write your child’s name on his/her ball). Participation trophies will be given to all kids. All players are covered with a basic insurance policy. Each team needs a soccer mom to help coaches by calling players for practice time changes and game cancellations. Cost for registration (includes jersey, socks, and insurance) is $40.
