 Paid for by the Candidate Relay for Life May 5, 2006 web posted Apri 21, 2006 COUNTY – The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Edgefield County will be held May 5, 2006 at the Strom Thurmond High School Football field. The event begins at 7:00 pm and continues throughout the night. The public is invited to attend and there is no charge to participate. The will be refreshments and food will be available for purchase as well as games and chances to win great prizes. Event Chairwoman Lynn Rearden asks if you are a survivor of cancer to please call Pat Robinson at 637-3690 or 637-1145 to register as a survivor. A special dinner will be held to honor all survivors on April 27th. On the day of the Relay for Life, survivors are asked to arrive before 6:30 pm and go to the tent set up just for them. Everyone is invited to attend the Relay for life and remember, “It’s about I community that takes up the fight.” For
