  Thefts continue over weekend web posted June 29, 2010 COUNTY – More thefts were reported over the weekend with the first coming from the Trenton area and two more in Johnston by Saturday reporting over $5,000 in property being stolen. A Trenton man called to report his Cub Cadet riding mower stolen from a shed on Pinehouse Road. The tractor, a model LT1045, was reportedly worth $1,750. A serial number for the tractor was not available. The theft is though to have taken place Friday night. Saturday night a Partridge Drive woman in Johnston reported someone burglarizing her home while she was at work. The home was found to have an open door and upon further inspection found a Sony flat screen TV and a watch worth over $1,000 stolen from the living room of the home. Incident reports did not indicate any forced entry to the home. A Holmes Pond Road man reported someone stealing a Ford F150 pickup truck overnight. The truck was last seen at the home at 10 pm Saturday night. It was discovered missing at 5 am Sunday. The truck is described as a white Ford F150 with a green stripe down the sides bearing a SC license plate EJR 564. The truck has a “diamond plate” toolbox located behind the cab of the truck. © Copyright 2010
