Local gas prices to rise 11 to 15 cents
today Edgefielddaily.com web posted August 13, 2005 COUNTY - Get your fill-ups early today before local stations raise their prices between 11 and 15 cents at the pump today. Wholesale prices have risen 10 cents a day for the last two days. Price averages around the county for gas rose from $2. 27 on Thursday to an average of $2.39 on Friday. Prices are expected to average around $2.50 by the weekend and with crude oil hitting $67 a barrel the prices at the pump are not expected to fall anytime soon. Related: Opinion Return to Main Page
