Please have a driver's license when driving to bail your friend out of jail web posted January 16, 2007 When he noticed police in the area he got back into his gray van and tried to leave the area when he was pulled over by Edgefield Police. At first the man tried to give a false name until he was properly identified as Joaquin Bidot-Rosado, 22. He was placed under arrest at the scene and transport back across the parking lot to be booked into the Detention Center on charges of No driver’s license, providing false information to law enforcement, operating an uninsured vehicle, and driving under suspension. Mr. Bidot-Rosado was still being held Monday afternoon on the charges. The woman with him, and an infant, was given an escort to get a ride home. The van was towed from the scene. For
