past articles please visit our Archivesweb posted January 24, 2019 EDGEFIELD - The Edgefield County Building and Planning Department is notifying the public that there will be a public hearing regarding the proposed development of a subdivision. The proposed development is located off of Sweetwater Landing Drive, Parcel ID: 126-00-03-080-000. The proposed development is Phase III of the Sweetwater Landing Subdivision by Greystone Construction Services. This item was discussed at the January 10th, 2019 Planning Commission Meeting, and tabled to be discussed at the next Planning Commission Meeting. The public hearing will take place at The Edgefield County Planning Commission meeting on February 7th, 2019 at 6pm, located at the Edgefield County Council Chambers, 225 Jeter Street Edgefield, SC 29824.
