  Woman reports burglary to Edgefield home web posted February 22, 2007 EDGEFIELD – A Covington woman reported a burglary to her deceased father’s home on the 300 block of Macedonia Road Tuesday afternoon to the Edgefield Police Department. The woman returned to check on the property when she discovered two large pieced of furniture missing from the home. The last time she checked on the home was in early January. Police reports did not indicate any forced entry into the home and the woman told police she contacted family members who stated they did not have the furniture. Missing was a buffet table and a chest, both made of wood, valued at $1,000. The woman told police she would try to find photographs of the furniture and turn them over the investigator. No suspects were listed on police reports. For
