Moore given three years in breech of trust case web posted March 9, 2007 EDGEFIELD – Jonathan S. Moore, 32, plead guilty to breech of trust with fraudulent intent in General Sessions Court on Thursday. He was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of probation. The charge stemmed from an October 2006 incident where Mr. Moore was loaned a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu as part of a church effort to help he and his wife. Mr. Moore never returned the car and was later arrested in Arkansas. Mr. Moore’s trial was set to get underway Thursday when Mr. Moore decided to accept the plea agreement. Mr. Moore was arrested by Edgefield County authorities on February 11, 2007. Moore will be given credit for time served since his initial arrest in October. For
