  Evicted Tenant Cleans House web posted March 21, 2013 EDGEFIELD – A Johnston woman called the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office to report a tenant evicted from a rental home in Edgefield moved his property out of the house as required. However, she claims he took even more before leaving. The woman made the discovery around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon when she went to inspect the property. According to an incident report, the woman reported the former tenant took "numerous items" that belonged to the landlord, assumed to be appliances. A full list of the items was being compiled and was to be turned over to investigators.
