  Edgefield man reports burglary web posted March 28, 2007 EDGEFIELD – An Edgefield man returned to his home on Monday night around 10 pm to discover his front door kicked in and his Plum Branch Road home burglarized. He immediately contacted the Sheriff’s Office and a deputy responded to the scene. The deputy observed the door kicked in and damage to the doorframe. The homeowner showed the deputy around the house and reported at least $800 in missing electronics. Listed as stolen from the home were two Cyberhome DVD players, both grey, two black VCRs, and two 27” RCA televisions. No other items appeared to be taken from the home. The case has been passed on to investigators for follow up. For
