  Ten Governors Cafe opens for breakfast buffet web posted July 30, 2007  EDGEFIELD
– Edgefield has a new place to
grab a great early morning breakfast as the Ten Governors Café
opens to serve a breakfast buffet on the Edgefield Town Square
beginning Wednesday. Owner Wayne Luquire will open the doors from 7 am
until 10 am to a vast array of hot breakfast foods including, bacon,
eggs, sausage, pancakes, homemade biscuits and gravy, grits, and more.
Mr. Luquire said he would also have dry cereal and other southern
favorites and all for only $4.95. Though other restaurants in the Edgefield area sell breakfast Mr. Luquire said they are the only one offering a hot breakfast buffet where diners can eat as much or as little as they desire. Take out will be available. Wayne Luquire and his wife Nancy have been operating the family owned business since 1999 at 106 Court House Square. Known for great home-style cooking and generous take-out portions during their lunch buffet, Ten Governors Café will no doubt continue that tradition with their breakfast buffet.
