  Autumn Downtown Shop-Around set for October 29 web posted October 9, 2009 EDGEFIELD – The Edgefield Community Development Association invites you to the Autumn Downtown Shop-Around on Thursday, October 29th from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. Pick up your passport at any participating business that will be identified by orange & brown colored balloons and enjoy the crisp cool autumn air while sipping the Mayor’s hot apple cider being served on the town square. Shop at Edgefield’s fine retail shops, artisans, and gift boutiques and support your favorite merchants and restaurants. Visit each shop and place your bid on the item that is on silent auction. Highest bidder wins. Good luck! Proceeds from the silent auction are being used by the Edgefield Community Development Association to help several needy Edgefield families with groceries during the holiday season.
