  William Smith Town Hall Meeting Tonight at McKendree Family Life Center web posted October 22, 2012 COUNTY – William Smith will hold a joint Town Hall meeting for the General Election tonight, Monday October 22nd at McKendree Family Life Center on the northside. The meeting begins at 7:30 pm. This meeting will be different from the rest of his Town Hall meetings as other candidates have been invited, including Smith’s opponent, Mr. Norman Dorn and other various offices. You do not want to miss this. Mr. Smith has set up various meetings across District 1 to give his constituents the opportunity to meet him, understand his campaign message and goals, and to ask him questions or voice their concerns. Smith will continue to have Town Hall meetings with others scheduled throughout October. These meetings are spread throughout the district so that everyone has the opportunity to attend. Below is a list of other Town Hall meetings scheduled throughout District 1. The dates are as follows for Mr. Smith's town hall style meetings: Monday, October 22nd- McKendree Family Life Center on the Northside 7:30 pm Saturday, October 27th- The Discovery Center 10:00 am – Noon/ Drop-In with refreshments Monday, October 29th- Edgefield County Council Chambers 6:30 pm Tuesday, October 30th- Chamber of Commerce in Johnston 6:30 pm Please mark your calendars for these dates to meet Mr. Smith and to express any community needs or concerns.
