Edgefield Christmas Parade a success
web posted December 5, 2005

EDGEFIELD – The 32nd Edgefield Christmas Parade enjoyed a good crowd and great weather Saturday morning as county residents lined the street to enjoy the floats and children waited to get a glimpse of Santa Claus. With temperatures in the mid 40’s and sunny skies adding to the feel of Christmas, dozens of entries in the parade, as well as local dignitaries, passed the crowds they tossed candy to the waiting children.

Below is a photo essay of the parade with some noted captions. With over 50 photos taken, as well as video, we picked through to find some to place on EdgefieldDaily.com. To make the pages user friendly to dial-up connections of the web, we have limited the number of photos per page to four.

Congratulations to those who put in all the hard work making the parade a success, job well done.

The photo's on the web pages are smaller and lower quality. If you would like a larger and printable photo you may contact us. As always, the photos are free to readers. We have photos of almost every entry in the parade, ask us for one of yours!
