South Subs celebrates first year with success

South Subs owners Jason and Kandi Nault are celebrating their one year
anniversary of serving the area with great tasting and unique soups,
subs, and hotdogs. “We would like to thank our customers for their
loyalty and patronage because without them we wouldn't be here today
celebrating our first year anniversary,” Mrs. Nault said.Down South Subs, who was reviewed by one of our dining teams, offers walk in and phone in orders. Located at 715 Augusta Road they are convenient to what has been referred to as “eatin’ alley” in Edgefield as several dining establishments are located along the short stretch of Augusta Road. The Naults said they have several new items available to provide for their growing customer base. “We now have certain items that are new that are not yet on our menu, such as the Southwestern Turkey Club, which is: Chipotle Turkey, Bacon, and Pepper Jack Cheese. Also Stromboli's and Nathan's Hot Dogs,” Mrs. Nault said. In addition she said they offer gift certificates for that perfect stocking stuffer for the deli lover in the family. Down South Subs also offers Party Platters of any size for the upcoming Christmas or New years celebrations. Down South Subs is open in the morning as well, “we are open at 9:00 am serving Breakfast Sandwiches,” the Naults said. The Naults invites everyone to stop by and enter their contest to be a Sub Prize Winner by just dropping your name in the box in the restaurant. Winners are announced each Wednesday in The Edgefield Advertiser. You may enter at the offices of The Edgefield Advertiser on the square as well. The Naults said they have an expansion planned for next year and have added additional parking on the side.
