Weekly gas survey; Gas jumps to $2.23

COUNTY – Area gas prices continued to rise this week as the average price of gas jumped to $2.31 from an average of $2.13 last week. Prices varied tweleve cents between retailers. Billy's Superstore in Trenton took the award for the lowest reported price again this week at $2.21. Five stations reported the highest price at $2.35 a gallon. Below is the report of all 17 reporting stations.
