Weekly gas survey; Gas drops to $2.53

COUNTY – Area gas prices have continued to fall as the average price across the county fell another six cents this week for a total of nineteen cents in the past two weeks. Prices varied little between retailers with most stations a penny or two difference. Sportsman’s Corner in Merriwether took the lowest reported price again this week with $2.53 a gallon. Northside BP topped the list at $2.69. Below is the full report of the 17 reporting stations.
