 Weekly gas survey; Gas jumps to $2.85 average Edgefielddaily.com web posted August 9, 2006 COUNTY – Area gas prices rose across the county this week as prices went up to $2.85 a gallon. Prices varied only seven cents among retailers. The Amoco Food Mart No.3 and Dodge’s Store in Edgefield had the lowest reported price this week with $2.82 a gallon. Three locations reported the highest prices at $2.89. Below is the full report of the 17 reporting stations.
