Win a Weekend Get-A-Way! The Edgefield Daily.com Scavenger Hunt Edgefielddaily.com web posted June 28, 2005 Edgefield Daily.com announces a chance to win an Edgefield Daily.com Weekend Get-A-Way in a North Carolina Mountain Resort including either a round of golf at the private Sapphire Valley Golf Club or dinner for two at the nearby renowned mica’s Restaurant. Other prizes will be announced later. How to win Edgefield Daily.com will post a picture at random clearly stated as a photo for the scavenger hunt at least once every ten days on the main page (photos will be archived on the Scavenger Hunt page). Participants have to find the location of the photo and collect the locations of all the photos presented during the scavenger hunt which will end on December 30, 2005. At least 20 pictures will be involved from obviously public areas around the county. Once the contest ends on December 30, 2005 entries will be collected until midnight January 30, 2006. Entries can be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to the provided numbers and address provided on the “Scavenger Hunt page” once the contest ends which will be posted at the beginning of December, 2005. All entries must contain name, address, phone number, and age. All participants must be 18 years or older in order to win. Read the entire terms and conditions here. The person who collects the most locations of photos will win the Edgefield Daily.com Weekend Get-A-Way for the weekend of June 16 - 18, 2006 with temporary membership in the Sapphire Valley Country Club and amenities of the Resort which includes indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, putt putt, and many other free entertainments. In the event no one identifies all locations the one closest to completion will win. In the event of a tie, or ties, the winner will be drawn from the tied winning entries on the Edgefield County Courthouse steps 12:00 noon on February 6, 2006. The contest will begin on July 1, 2005 and end on December 30, 2005 with entries being accepted until January 30, 2006. No entry or registration is required until contest end. All photos will remain on the scavenger hunt page until the winner is announced so anyone can join in at any time during the contest under the same stated rules. Winner will be responsible for any taxes due to receipt of prizes. Total value of the Get-A-Way is valued at $525.00 as stated. Additional prizes, if any, will be additional. Return to Main Page
