come before him. The man causing the disturbance actually asked for an
escort from police to retrieve his drugs from another man.According to the official report, an Edgefield County Sheriff’s Deputy was called to a disturbance on the 800 block of Murrah Road around 5:40 pm Friday. When he arrived, the man causing the disturbance was angry, he was “upset because he bought some marijuana and (his) cousin refused to bring it to him”. The 40-year-old man told the deputy he wanted to be escorted to pick up his drugs. When the deputy asked for the cousin’s name and address the man refused to provide the information. The deputy did provide the man with an escort out of the county and no further action was taken. The sad part, our most recent nominee, and those before him, are all eligible to vote. ©
