Administrator Wayne Adams is said to have found a way around the "tried and fast rules" of zoning and will begin to use those measures to zone the area around Mount Vintage and Shaw Estates. It won't be a pretty fight. It is one thing to put a pit bull in a henhouse, it is another to place two pit bulls in fenced areas. It is a whole different fight when one of the pit bulls is backed by the hens, roosters, cows, and bulls on the farm. But, stupid people make stupid bets all the time.
