With the retiring of Margaret Harling it has been rumored the position has actually already been filled and was given a starting salary that will not match the experience (but you can submit your resume' for the heck of it). That's not the only job swapping that will be taking place either. More than one favor is getting paid back. One previous INsider has yet to take place, they are waiting for memories to fail.
