 Johnston Woman Finds Home Burglarized Early Sunday Morning web posted January 15, 2013 JOHNSTON – A May Street woman called 911 to report finding her back door kicked in after being away for a couple hours Saturday night. The woman told Johnston Police that she left her home around 11:30 Saturday night and returned around 1:30 am Sunday to discover the burglary. The woman said a flat screen TV was stolen from the living room and jewelry, clothing and a pair of Air Max tennis shoes were missing from her bedroom. Also missing was a bottle of "Hypnotic" liquor. No serial numbers or specific descriptions of the stolen items were available in the incident report. Johnston Police processed the home for evidence and photographed the scene.
