Johnston beauty shop burglarized web posted March 20, 2007 JOHNSTON – A Johnston business owner found her business burglarized Sunday afternoon and called police. When the Officer arrived no one was found inside but a window at the rear of the business had been opened and was the likely point of entry. The owner of the New Creations Beauty Shop on Edisto Street told police that several items had been taken including four flat irons, a Hail electric clipper, and twenty bottles of body oil. The estimated value was placed at $670. Johnston Police Officers were able to collect fingerprints and took photos of the business. The case has been forwarded on to the Investigator for follow-up.
