According to police reports the 11-year-old child was sitting on his bicycle when he was allegedly struck by a car. An ambulance was called to the scene by Officers when they arrived. The driver was found by officers to have a “very strong odor of alcohol” being emitted and was still sitting in his car with the engine running.
