  Next ‘Chat with the Chairman’ Set for Monday, September 17, in Johnston web posted September 15, 2012 JOHNSTON – The next “Chat with the Chairman,” an evening meeting where citizens can discuss issues with the Edgefield County Council Chairman, will be held Monday, September 17, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Johnston Town Hall. Edgefield County Council Chairman Dean Campbell is holding these informal evening meetings to listen to citizens and be available for discussion on topics of interest. There is no formal program planned. The meetings are scheduled every other month or so, across the county, and each location is announced in advance. The Chairman is also holding morning meetings, called Coffee with the Chairman, in the months between the evening meetings.
