Burglary suspect may be wanted man web posted September 30, 2006 JOHNSTON – A Johnston woman arrested on Monday from her Sertoma Drive home had her home burglarized on Wednesday, according to police reports. Amanda Lashawn Phillips, 24, is currently being held on a custody order since her arrest on September 25 and remains in custody. It is believed Ms. Phillips boyfriend, who is evading arrest on charges from several local agencies, was responsible for the theft. A family member checking on the home said he went to the house on Monday after the arrest and returned on Wednesday to find an open window and $3,750 worth of electronics, clothes, jewelry, and other items missing from the home. Listed items were a Quest television, APEX DVD Player, a Munsey portable cooker, clothing, and at least $3,000 in jewelry. The identity of the boyfriend, who is wanted by several local agencies this week, was not listed on incident reports. It is unconfirmed at this time if the case is related to arrests made in two raids conducted Monday on homes located on Johnson Street and Sertoma Drive in Johnston. Some other items missing from the home belonged to the boyfriend, and were not listed in the items stolen. For
