Letter to the Editor Just my thoughts on the School Board in Edgefield County web posted March 31, 2006 Dear Editor, Just my thoughts on the School Board in Edgefield County. I am an Edgefield County resident and I know the "football player" that the school board turned down. I think it was very unfair to him and his family. I have talked to this young man on several occasions, he deserves another chance. I know in my own life I made some mistakes, where would I be at today if I didn't get another chance, where would the members of the Edgefield County School board be? I know the members of the school board don't walk on water. They should really think about what kind of message they are sending.
