Lodge leader thanks community for support of Family Matters Conference

Dear Editor,
This letter is in reference to the Family Matters Conference that
occurred on May 3, 2008. First things first I want to thank
Edgefielddaily.com for what you did in posting this event on your
website.
The turnout was very good. Special thanks go out to the following
sponsors: Fairway Food Center, Perfections Barber Shop, Top of the Line
Barber Shop, Mr. Bettis Rainsford, Ten Governors, Mr. Luther Beason,
Mr.Michael Washington, Heritage Services and The Truthseeker #391
Masonic Lodge. A special thanks to the following for taking time out
their busy schedule to take part in this program: Chief Magistrate
Davis Parkman, Lt.Garrett from McCormick Correctional Institution,
Officer Coxe from McCormick Police Department, Ms. Seigler from
Department of Social Services, Ms. Walker from Probation, Pardon &
Parole, Ms. Angie Rita from DJJ, Ms. Reynolds from the Upwardbound
Program, Mr. Reggie Simpkins from Clemson University, Ms.C. Callaham
from McCormick School District and Mr. Marcus Robinson from Heritage
