Hoffmann has "unquestioned integrity and unwavering commitment" for School Board web posted October 24, 2008 Dear Editor, I am writing to express my support for Chris Hoffmann as a candidate for Edgefield County School Board. I have known Mr. Hoffmann personally for many years. I can vouch for his unquestioned integrity and his unwavering commitment to every job he undertakes. At this time the Edgefield County School District is facing a severe budget shortfall. The Edgefield County School Board must carefully steward the remaining funds to protect the students' educational opportunities. Chris Hoffmann has the dedication and passion to make these hard choices with the students' interests in mind. Mr. Hoffmann has already pledged to decline his School Board salary when he is elected.
