Edgefield County Veteran Affairs Office Thanks Community for Support web posted November 23, 2012 Dear Editor: The Veterans Day Program Committee would like to thank the businesses, organizations and individuals from the Towns of Edgefield, Johnston and Trenton for sponsoring the Veterans Day Program held Sunday November 11th on the square in Edgefield. Without your contributions, this event would not have been possible. This program was the work of many hands. The willingness and participation of a lot of individuals made the event run smoothly. All the schools are also to be commended for the outstanding programs that were presented to the students and veterans on Friday and Monday. It was an honor to be able to assist in these programs and help our young people learn what Veterans Day is all about. Thank you all! Edgefield County Veteran Affairs Office.
