  Johnston Town Councilman thanks Sheriff, Deputies web posted December 19, 2007 Dear Editor, I am writing this letter on behalf of my self, my wife, and my brother (in-law) Julian Waldo, on Saturday (12-8-07) I called the Sheriff Office with a complaint of concern. Deputy Trotter gave me a call to give me some information that was very helpful, he inform me that the sergeant was working a wreck and he would owe me a call later. When Sergeant Rackard call, he was also very helpful along with the Sheriff himself, Sergeant Rackard, and Deputy Trotter coming to our rescue. We were very relieved. We are very thankful to the kind and professionalism that these three Officers use and a double thank for going the extra length to fine the valuables. Also we would like to thank Sergeant Williams and his men for displaying the professionalism that they showed on (12/ 6 /07) to me, it means a lot to the County and the communities that we have a professional staff and a professional department. Again, thanks to all of the employees of the Edgefield County Sheriff Department. Again special thanks to Sheriff Adell Dobey, Sergeant Rackard, and Deputy Trotter Thank you, Tommy T.
