  Meet the Candidates Last updated August 13, 2007 WEBNEWS – With the campaign for the Republican nominee for the District 25 Senate race in full swing, EdgefieldDaily.com is featuring a Meet the Candidates page where each candidate will be listed along with their platforms and contact information. This page will also feature the questionnaire that is being sent to all candidates facing opposition in the primary when it is completed and returned to us and will be updated as additional information is provided by the candidates. Below are the six qualified candidates for the Republican nomination for the District 25 Senate race. Democrat State Rep. Bill Clyburn has captured his party’s nomination with no opposition. Once the Republican nomination has been determined we will focus on the head-to-head race and will feature their positions and a new survey of the candidates.
